We are currently seeking enthusiastic and well presented receptionists to work within both the public and private sector. These positions are based across london. You will be required to provide a professional front desk service, successful candidates will have meet and great, switchboard and front of house reception exeperience and be available immediately . This is an excellent opportunity for candidates to gain experience and benefit from competative rates of pay.
Main dutes:
Organising meeting rooms and conferences using diary management
Meeting and greeting external visitors and internal staff
Switchboard management duties.
Successful Candidates
A minimum of 12 months experience
Switchboard experience is desirable
Must have excellent telephone and interpersonnal skills
Basic PC and keyboard skills are essential.
